Videos:
I want our community to enjoy their classes and events and be able to relax into the experience so with online events only I will record, and these will be shared within the paid platforms only, remaining there for one year. These must not be shared outside of our space and please consider all shares confidential. If you are not comfortable please consider this when you share in group as your not giving permission will deny the rest of the group the learning from the session.

Photos:
I want our community to enjoy their classes and events and be able to relax into the experience so we do not take photographs while classes are taking place. We may from time to time ask permission to take a picture and explain how that image will be used i.e. on Social Media, there is of course always an opportunity for anyone who is not comfortable to opt out of being included in an image.

For any complimentary, taster or free classes we offer we reserve the right to collect both images and video at any time which will be used for marketing purposes. If you are uncomfortable being featured in images or featured in video content please do not attend the classes outlined above.

Please do not take pictures while the class is happening. If you wish to gather content here are the options:

Ask permission to take a group picture after the session
Ask select students to stay behind to take a picture 
Take a picture or video of the space or flyer instead
Ask a student(s) to be in a picture with you and ask someone to take it 

In retreats and in person events it may feel right from time to time to take a video or picture and we will ask for consent on those events.
