Grand Risings !
How are you gorgeous one? And Happy New Moon!
I hope things are swimming magically in your world?
My invitation of the week as we move into September (and YES REALLY I would love to hear your answers: talking JOY is my favourite thing!) is…
If money and time were both abundant what would you change about how you are living your life?
Or would you not change anything at all? I am all ears let’s get turned on and inspired with creative imagination!
For me, it’s about abundant spaces!
I absolutely love everything I am living, the dance, the art, my house, my friends, my coaching clients, travel… I love how richly varied and full of creativity my life is, but I would love to add a few more bases and high vibe spaces into the mix… and maybe a little more time off on retreat with you amazing people?
How about you ?
If you are working with a coach (like me!) you are probably very motivated and focused on what you want to achieve and create in life and are seeing the amazing results of that work.
And you will be experiencing much better relationships with others and yourself…
But I am intrigued…
Do you ever fall off of all the high vibrations and focused work?
Maybe you experience a conflict, or something doesn’t go quite as planned and suddenly you realise you are no longer in a state of high vibration or innocence (as I teach on my Embodied Alchemy course), but have spiralled from smiles and sunshine to victim thinking and old patterns or disruptive behaviours?
I have been offering my coaching & alchemy programmes since 2017, and I often notice that at around the four month mark, my clients are thrown a curve ball in life, and along comes the self doubt or self sabotage or (insert other disruption here)…
“Why is this so hard? What is wrong with me? What does this mean about me?” Clients ask…
This is where tools like the Conflict Process come in handy to refocus all that psychological tension, and teaching about the Hermetic principles including the pendulum swing, so we can move out of the old beliefs and into JOY.
In Alchemy, we learn to look at our stuff, our beliefs, our patterns, and see them with compassion, love and a pinch of salt (because these are what get in the way of us creating, and because there is always more to uncover no matter how much transformation and growth we have been experiencing).
We tend to think about the world in straight lines; that once we decide, just like in the fairytales, everything changes immediately and forever… But the truth is, this is the battle of evermore! We don’t live in a world of straight lines…
Just like our lives, finding balance and creating our dreams is actually about following the (often curvy/wobbly!) bridge (as taught in my Embodied Alchemy course!)
When we initiate change, we tend to oscillate or get stuck as our beliefs (about how the world is/we are) struggle to catch up with our new reality. We fall back to sleep, we wake back up, we forget, and we re-member until we find an inner and outer balance: until we find union.
